Privacy notice
Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia). Last updated 6 October 2026.
This notice explains what personal data Fidelity Studio, a business of Fidelity Endeavor Sdn Bhd (SSM: 202001017570), collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is given under section 7 of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
What we collect
When you send the brief form, we collect:
- your name and business name
- your WhatsApp number and email address
- the package you are interested in, your current website address if you give one, what you sell and your timeline
If you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive whatever you choose to send, along with your number or address.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
Why we collect it
- to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote or preview
- to deliver the website you order, and to invoice you
- to keep a record of what was agreed
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to keep you updated.
Who processes it for us
- Web3Forms receives the brief form and forwards it to our email.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and provides the visit counts.
- WhatsApp (Meta) carries messages you send us there.
- Our email provider stores the messages we receive.
Some of these services store data outside Malaysia. We use them only for the purposes above.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 12 months. For clients, we keep project and billing records for 7 years, as required for tax and company records.
Is it compulsory?
The fields marked in the form are needed for us to reply. If you would rather not give them, you can WhatsApp or email us instead.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to stop us using it. You can also withdraw your consent. Write to sctheng.work@gmail.com and we will reply within 21 days.
