Service terms | Fidelity Studio

These terms apply to every website package sold by Fidelity Studio, a business of Fidelity Endeavor Sdn Bhd (SSM: 202001017570) ("we", "us") to you ("the client"). The quote or invoice you accept, together with these terms, is the whole agreement.

1. Scope

Each package covers what is listed on the pricing page at the time you accept the quote:

Launch (RM1,490): 1-page motion landing, up to 7 sections; hero sequence + scroll reveals; 1 language; 2 rounds of revisions; delivered in 5 working days.
Studio (RM3,490): Up to 5 pages; full scroll choreography; 1 language; 3 rounds of revisions; delivered in 10 working days.
Signature (RM6,900): Up to 10 pages + blog/news CMS; full choreography + one signature interaction; 2 languages (EN + BM or CN); 3 rounds of revisions; delivered in 15 working days.

Anything not listed, such as extra pages, extra languages, copywriting, online payments, booking systems or integrations, is outside scope and quoted separately.

2. Revisions

One revision round is one consolidated list of changes to work that already exists: wording, images, colours, order and motion timing. Changes sent in pieces count towards the same round only if they arrive within one working day of each other. New pages, new sections or new features are scope changes, not revisions.

3. Delivery clock

The delivery period starts on the working day after we receive all of your content: logo, copy or brief, photos and domain access. The clock pauses while we wait for missing content or for your feedback. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Johor and national public holidays.

4. Payment

50% of the package price is due before work starts. The remaining 50% is due when you approve the site, before it goes live. Prices are in Malaysian ringgit and exclude your domain name (from about RM50 a year) and any third-party services you choose to pay for.

5. Source code and ownership

On receipt of the final payment, ownership of the website's source code and design passes to you, and we hand over the full code. Until then, we keep ownership. Third-party parts (open-source libraries and licensed fonts) stay under their own licences, which allow your use. We may show the finished site in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.

6. Your content

You confirm you have the right to use everything you give us, including logos, text, photos and trademarks, and that your claims about your products are lawful. You are responsible for that content. If a claim is made against us because of content you supplied, you agree to cover our reasonable costs.

7. Refunds and cancellation

If you cancel before we send your first preview link, we refund the deposit in full. Once the preview has been delivered, the deposit is not refundable because the work has been done. If we fail to deliver the agreed scope, we will fix it at no cost; if we cannot, we refund what you paid for the undelivered part.

8. Care plans

Care and Care Plus are optional monthly services, billed in advance and cancellable with 30 days' notice. Unused edit hours do not carry over.

9. Liability

Our total liability under any project is limited to the amount you paid for that project. We are not liable for loss of business or profit, or for outages of hosting or third-party services we do not control.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith, and otherwise goes to the courts of Johor Bahru.
